Privacy

Effective July 5, 2026

Halfday is built to know as little about you as technically possible. This page describes everything, because there isn't much.

What we don't do

No accounts. No cookies. No advertising. No third-party scripts, fonts, or analytics services. We never collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any information that identifies you, and we have nothing to sell or share.

What stays in your browser

Two small values live in your browser's local storage and never leave it as identifiers:

You can delete both at any time by clearing site data in your browser; the site works identically without them.

What we count

To understand whether Halfday is useful, we keep anonymous, aggregate counters: a page was visited, a prompt was copied, the archive was opened, and — if your browser passed one along — the domain a visit came from (for example, "linkedin.com"). These are numbers in a table, not profiles. They contain no IP addresses and no identifiers, and cannot be traced to a person by us.

Hosting

Halfday is served by Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver the site and defend it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive or store that data.

Questions

Contact: hello@halfday.example (replace with your contact address before launch). If we ever change how any of this works, the change will be described on this page with a new effective date.
